1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The item has quality issues.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene-related products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as Final Sale
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Banks or payment gateways may take additional time to process the refund.
4. Replacement / Exchange
If the item is defective or damaged, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same product, or
- Store credit
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), Fablo will cover return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or missing items:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos as proof for faster resolution.
