1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery time:

  • Within India: 7–12 business days

  • International Shipping (if applicable): 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Location

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free Shipping may be available for orders above ₹500.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order on our tracking page or through the courier partner’s website.


5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure your address is correct while placing the order.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or not being collected, the customer will be responsible for reshipment charges.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:

  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos of the package.

  • We will inspect and offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.


7. International Shipping (Optional Section)

  • Customs fees, import duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Delays caused by customs are not under our control.
